Arkham Knight Harley Quinn Dress

I'm beginning to lose track of how many outfit changes Harley Quinn has had! This one might be my favourite though... Here is a dress I have made that is based on the latest outfit. I haven't included the various straps & buckles she's got going on but I might add those at a later date.
