I put together a tutorial to show how I made this 50s inspired halterneck dress from a t shirt.

Thanks, it depends how big the t-shirt is, and adding the halterneck straps lengthens it quite a lot. This one is quite long as it was an XL shirt, but if you had a small t-shirt then it would be more of a long top.
